Illinois teachers interested in satisfying certificate renewal requirements can earn 15 CPDUs per semester credit hour for successful completion of TFP courses. TFP courses are normally taken for three semester credits each, though they may be increased to four with prior approval from the program director. Participants thus earn from 45 to 60 CDPUs per class.
